We Are All In This Together
A group of wonderful local businesses came together during the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis with one goal, provide comfort to those at risk. Homage, Jeni’s, Hot Chicken Takeover, Roosevelt Coffeehouse, and Pelotonia kicked off the We Are All in This Together campaign with the goal of raising $125,000 to feed 20,000 of the most at-risk people in Columbus. The campaign was a huge success and raised over $155,000! We’re proud to support this campaign at Rhove!
Can’t Stop Columbus
On Sunday, March 15, 2020, the Columbus, Ohio tech and business community started talking about the idea of a virtual hackathon in response to the Covid-19 situation. With social distancing, no school, remote work, and a sense of urgency, there’s a lot of energy focused on helping. Can’t Stop Columbus proposed an online hacking event where anyone can contribute by defining challenges, building projects, and sharing resources…It’s kinda grown from there.
“The #AtHomeChallenge is a way for us to improve our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. By setting a meaningful goal and adopting a new daily habit, we can turn this period of social distancing into an opportunity to improve our lives.” — Calvin Cooper
