3Rentership is a benefit of renting at select properties and participating in the program. This is not an offer to buy or sell securities. The value of Rentership membership could be more or less depending on the value of the participating property. The estimated Rentership Unit (RNT) value does not account for the potential growth in the sale value of the property. The total value may be higher or lower, and is not guaranteed to increase in value. Calculations conservatively round RNT payouts down to the nearest dollar and assume that payouts are recycled to purchase additional RNT. Please read all terms and conditions.

4Closing Credits are not redeemable for actual cash and only applicable when using Rhove’s Partners to reduce the total closing costs when purchasing a home. Total Loan Credits redemption cannot exceed 0.5% of the total loan amount and total Realtor Credits redemption cannot exceed 15% of the total realtor commission.
