1Rentership is a benefit of renting at select properties and participating in the program. This is not an offer to buy or sell securities. Although the value of RNT could be more or less depending on the appraised value or sale price of the participating property, RNT distributions will almost certainly never exceed the total cost of rent on a long-term leasehold given. Rentership participants should not participate with a view to “profit”, but rather, with a view to participate economically in the growth in value of the property and receive back at some point in the future a variable portion of rents paid. Calculations conservatively round RNT payouts down to the nearest dollar and assume that payouts are recycled to purchase additional RNT. Please read all terms and conditions.
