We are collectively going through a challenging time. The coronavirus pandemic and social distancing has changed the way we live in a meaningful way. As we do our parts to honor the front line responders during this crisis through social distancing, let’s also invest in our own wellness by authoring our own lives in a positive way and setting a goal with a specific daily habit. Let’s inspire each other to make the most out of this situation with the #AtHomeChallenge. 

What is the #AtHomeChallenge? 

The #AtHomeChallenge is a way for us to improve our mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. By setting a meaningful goal and adopting a new daily habit, we can turn this period of social distancing into an opportunity to improve our lives.

Author Your Life

While we can’t control everything in the world around us, we can control our daily habits. The #AtHomeChallenge is a way to encourage each other to be our best selves while maintaining social distancing and making the most out of a very difficult situation. 

So while we stay at home to honor those on the front lines fighting the coronavirus pandemic and protect the lives of those most vulnerable through social distancing, let’s find a positive way to impact our own lives and others by setting goals and encouraging others to join us along the way. There are many things we can't control, but we can control our habits and behaviors. We can emerge from this experience as a better person than when we came into it.

Let’s strive for ways to achieve self-improvement, let's also lift the community by inspiring our friends and family to join us in this #AtHomeChallenge. Here's how it works.

  1. Record yourself or take a selfie proclaiming your goal and nominate a friend to join you in this challenge. For example "Day 1: My #AtHomeChallenge goal is _________. For the next 5 days I will take a selfie of me living my new daily habit and will nominate a new person each day. Today I nominate ____________. Let's make the most out of social distancing together. #AtHomeChallenge @Rhove_Rent"
  2. For 5 days record your progress, update your friends and family on how you're doing, and nominate another person in your network to take the challenge with you.
